New state-of-the-state energy saving solutions are the topic of many conversations across construction related industries, businesses and home owners; especially as there is a brand new innovation that will shake the entire thinking behind central heating control.
The new range, available from Eco-Burn Services, are intelligent heating controllers, named Eco-Burn. Many units have been designed to address the specific needs of householders, large and small businesses and the social and sheltered housing sector.
With nearly ten years of development time and over £1 million investment, the controllers, that are manufactured in the UK, offer much more than an average weather compensator/optimiser. Eco-Burn Intelligent Heating controls aggregate several system energy saving techniques to minimise fuel consumption saving upwards of 20%, typically 30%, in some cases as much as 70%, reducing CO2 and other toxic emissions that can be released into the atmosphere. Frost protection and other features also come as standard such as night and holiday set back, allowing a further set temperature to be maintained during chosen periods of time.
Being totally compatible with any existing wet central heating system the controller replaces the existing time clock and room and boiler thermostats, once installed and programmed the controller uses its internal intelligence software to react to changing external weather conditions and completely manages the central heating for you by maintaining the temperature or comfort level you choose.
With a long list of compliance to legislation, quality standards and marks of approval, each unit is installed by a qualified installer and comes with a full 5-year manufacturer's warranty, giving long-term confident in the products and their continued future performance.
Product range recognition has been received in the form of two DTI Innovation awards, the prestigious Energy Efficiency Recommended badge provided by the Government's Energy Savings Trust and the product has also qualified to be included on the Energy Technology List from the Carbon Trust.
Steve Mitchell, Eco-Burn Service's Sales & Marketing Director comments, "The products have huge potential and the interest received to date has far exceeded our expectations. Having a product to suit everyone from property owners and builders to businesses, schools, social and sheltered housing sectors and hotels means the potential for saving energy and money is huge. Also with the strict targets set by the Government for reducing emissions by 20% by the year 2010, the country needs to act now and our range of intelligent heating controllers can significantly contribute towards achieving this target."
